Privacy Notice
Last updated: 16 September 2026
CIRQ is built on one hard rule: what you tell it stays yours. Not shown to another customer, not sold to an advertiser, not visible to your employer. Full stop.
What we collect
- The period date you give us, so we can show your cycle phases
- Any diary entry you choose to write
- Whether you opted in to see phases and suggestions
- Payment details for the £1 trial are handled directly by Stripe — CIRQ never sees or stores your card number
How it's kept private
- Your data is scoped to you alone. Nobody else who visits CIRQ can see it, and there's no admin view or public page that shows anyone's entries to anyone but them.
- It's stored encrypted at rest.
- We don't share it with third parties, advertisers, or anyone else — including an employer or manager, even if you've connected a shared calendar for a single opt-in invite.
- In-app banner ads (part of how CIRQ stays free/low-cost) are served generically and are never targeted using your cycle data.
Your choices
- Seeing your cycle phases and suggestions is opt-in — you can say no at the opening prompt and none of that shows.
- You can stop using CIRQ at any time; there's no account to delete because this early version doesn't require login.
